Established in 2006, Gators & Friends was created to increase awareness among the public of different types of animals, their habitat, lifestyle, and survival techniques.
We have been in the wildlife business for over 30 years! Everything from Alligators to Lemurs can be found here, and we want to share our experience and the beauty of these animals with as many visitors as possible. Our goal is to educate and encourage the public on the proper care and understanding of animals that individuals may even encounter in their own daily lives, whether it is their family’s pet hamster or the family of gray squirrels that nest in the backyard.
Our mission at Gators & Friends is to present an educational and interactive animal adventure like no other. Education and example is the key to preserving these animals for future generations to enjoy.
Our adventure park is the perfect location for your next get-together!
Watch in amazement as giant alligators wrestle, battle and leap from the water during daily feeding shows.
We will even let you get up close and personal with a gator to have your photo taken.
More than 150 Louisiana Alligators are located throughout the park. These remarkable creatures will alternately awe and scare you as you view them in their natural habitat. If you are looking for something a little more tame, then wander on over to the exotic animal portion of the park for more cuddly adventures.
Don't let the description mislead you. Take a walk in the shade of the trees around our park and interact with more than 20 different types of exotic animals that you can feed, pet and experience. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the wild in a safe, clean environment dedicated to the preservation and conservation of the wild. It’s the perfect place to spend the day in nature!
For maximum enjoyment, we suggest you wear casual clothing, especially sturdy shoes!
For the health and safety of the animals, no balloons or small plastic toys are allowed on property.

We maintain many of the same animals throughout the year, but from time to time one might need to get some extra care out of the view of our guests. If there is some specific animal you are looking for, we don't mind if you call ahead to make sure the animal is available. We have special feed made for the animals which you can purchase in the giftshop. The animals love to eat from your hands but please only feed them food that we provide for their safety and well-being. Some of the animals you can see:
